Polystyrene letters and logos are a cost-effective method of signage and ideal for exhibitions, photo shoots, events, shop display units and outdoor use.

We offer a large range of bespoke made-to-order polystyrene letters which are manufactured from a high grade polystyrene which contains a flame retarding additive.

The letters can be supplied simply in its white un-painted natural polystyrene form, or they can be painted to the colour of your choice. We also have the option to apply a metallic P.V.C. to the face of the letters for the ultimate shiny glittered finish. Not only are we able to produce polystyrene letters, we also make company logos from supplied artwork too!

Our sign technicians have over 40 years of experience in cutting expanded polystyrene. In this time they have developed special techniques to achieve a superior smooth face, unlike other manufacturers. We only work with polystyrene containing a flame regarding additive and where appropriate, we can apply a special fire retarding substance to the polystyrene which further increases its resistance to fire and which makes the letters much stronger as well.

Types of Polystyrene Letters Available

		Plain Polystyrene Letters Our plain unpainted polystyrene letters are manufactured from high quality, display grade expanded polystyrene which contains a flame retarding additive. Each letter is bespoke and made to ensure a clean smooth finish with smooth even sides. Letters are made to all sizes, please speak to a member of the sales team to discuss the options available. We are also able to produce the letters to your desired font or to replicate a logo or design providing a vector file is supplied for the artwork or the font file for the text. All letters are available with a number of fixing methods including; ceiling mounted - hung from a wire cable and hook, freestanding, wall mounted or with a custom made stand. The polystyrene letters are available in a number of thicknesses. Some commonly used thicknesses include: 40mm, 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm. 		Acrylic-Faced Polystyrene Letters Our acrylic-faced polystyrene letters are manufactured from high quality expanded polystyrene which has a 3mm acrylic panel applied to the face of the letters which gives the letters a glossy shiny finish. There are a range of acrylic colours available to choose from and the polystyrene letters can be painted in a number of colours to either match the colour of the acrylic face or painted in a different colour to create a two-coloured letter similar to the example on the left. 		Glitter Painted Polystyrene Letters Our glitter painted polystyrene letters are manufactured from high quality, display grade expanded polystyrene which has been coated in a sparkly glitter finish for the ultimate eye-catching effect. There are a range of glitter finishes to choose from, some of our more popular colours include; gold, silver, black granite, light pink, fuchsia, purple, green, blue, cherry red – plus many many more colours. Letters are made to all sizes and we are also able to produce the letters to your desired font or to replicate a logo or design providing a vector file is supplied for the artwork or the font file for the text. Letters can also be painted in a range of metallic colours. As well as painting the letters to match a specific colour, we can also use a special fire retarding membrane which not only increases the products resistance to fire but also increases its strength and life span. 		Vinyl-Faced Polystyrene Letters Our vinyl-faced polystyrene letters are manufactured from high quality, display grade expanded polystyrene which has a vinyl decal applied to the face of each letter which gives the letters a glossy laminated or matte laminated finish. There are a range of vinyl colours available to choose from and the polystyrene letters can be painted in a number of colours to either match the colour of the vinyl face or painted in a different colour to create a two-coloured letter similar to the example on the left. The vinyl can also be digitally printed if you’d like an image applied to the face of the letter or logo. Letters are made to all sizes and we are also able to produce the letters to your desired font or to replicate a logo or design providing a vector file is supplied for the artwork or the font file for the text. 		MDF-Faced Polystyrene Letters Our MDF-faced polystyrene letters are manufactured from high quality expanded polystyrene which has a 2mm thick MDF panel applied to the face of the letters which gives the letters a textured satin finish. The MDF faces are then painted or vanished depending on preference and the polystyrene letters can also be painted in a number of colours to either match the colour of the MDF face or painted in a different colour to create a two-coloured letter.
